Mr. Goldberg earned his J.D., cum laude, from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1983, where he received the American Jurisprudence Award in Remedies. He went on to complete an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida School of Law in 1984. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Arizona State University (1980).

Peter A. Tran is a litigation associate at The Law Office of Alan N. Goldberg. His practice focuses on business litigation, probate disputes, and contract matters. Mr. Tran brings a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to complex cases and works closely with clients to develop effective strategies for resolution.

He earned his J.D., cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law in 2011, where he served as a Note & Comment Editor for the American University Law Review. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Irvine, earning a B.A. in Literary Journalism in 2008.
